Foreign tenants must have national driver’s license and international driver’s license (or their exact translation).
DVLA use conditions

Prices are based on the time and dates of receipt and return of the car. This is the data that you indicated when reserving the car. If you take the car later or return it earlier, the funds do not return in unused time.
If you decide to use another car upon receipt, an additional fee may be charged for this, even if the new car is less than the one you booked.

Theft of the car
If the car is stolen, seriously damaged or damaged as a result of an accident with the participation of another person, immediately contact us and the police. If you cannot provide the necessary documents from the police, you will be fully responsible for the replacement/repair of the car.
If the car is stolen and you reported this to the police and received the corresponding document, the maximum amount of which you pay is the franchise (insurance franchise) for theft covered with the policy. This insurance is valid only if you comply with the terms of the rent.
It is important to remember when you leave the car even for a short time, the documents of the car should be with you, the car must be put on a standard security alarm using the key.
All our cars are equipped with an electronic security system. If the loss of the car is detected, immediately, regardless of the time of the day, inform the company employee about this fact (by phone +359 877552990) and make a statement about the theft (at the beginning by phone 112 and later in writing) to the local police station, where it was discovered The loss of the car.

Civil liability to third parties (TPL)
This type of insurance covers the driver’s responsibility to third parties in the event of an accident, if there is a protocol issued by the police. Insurance does not apply to the driver’s bodily harm or damage to the rented car. This insurance is valid only if you comply with the terms of the rent.
It should also be remembered that in addition to the franchise removed from the credit card, an administrative fee will be charged.

You are responsible for paying all fees and fines, speeding, fines for incorrect parking or violation of traffic rules, paying the tow truck and special parking for parking in an unidentified place. Since fines for violation of traffic rules and car parking in an unidentified place are issued for the owner of a car (lessor), respectively, in some cases, for example, when evacuating a car on a special parking lot, a company representative is required to pick up a car and pay fines. If you pay a credit card, keep in mind that your bank can charge you with a commission for an international transaction.
Payment cards used when paying for cars must be issued in the name of the main driver (the person specified in the reservation).
Credit cards should be activated for international transactions and payments abroad.

For any damage caused to the car, a fee will be charged when returning a car, and in addition to a franchise removed from a credit card, an administrative fee will be charged.
In the case of an accident, immobilization fees are charged. This is added to the amount of the franchise and is mandatory. This board is calculated depending on the type of car and the number of days for repairs.
If you return a car with fewer fuel than before it was received, we have the right to hold part of the deposit as compensation for the missing fuel. It will cost you more than you would pay if you refuel the tank yourself.

On our rented cars, traveling outside the border of the Republic of Bulgaria is prohibited. Travel and operation is possible only in Bulgaria. An exception is the rental of a car with a driver, in this case it is possible to travel outside Bulgaria, provided that the deposit and tariff increase. In case of trying to travel abroad, the Republic of Bulgaria, the tenant loses the amount of the deposit and pays a fine of 1000 euros.

Animals are not allowed into the car. If you allow the animal to be in the car, you will have to pay a fine of 300 euros and a car cleaning fee of 100 euros.

If you need a car for a longer period than the initially agreed period, contact the company's employees in advance and extend the contract for the required number of days.
If you do not notify in advance, if you are untimely returning the car, you can lose a deposit. It will also be necessary to sign a new rent contract and issue insurance for an additional number of days.

In the event of a car breakdown or the production of regulatory work on car maintenance (with longterm rental), we provide a car for a replacement for the tenant, which will be similar in characteristics.

The uniqueness of our company is that we deliver the car to the tenant for free in the city of Varna. In other settlements of Bulgaria, car delivery is possible for an additional fee, find out about the cost of delivery from the company's employees.
The signing of the rent contract takes place simultaneously with the car inspection and transferring the client in a place convenient for him. It is important to carefully read the contract. If something is unclear, discuss these issues with the company manager before signing.
Our company reserves the right to refuse to transfer the car if, according to the company’s employee, the driver is not able to drive a car, is at the time of transferring the car in a state or with signs of alcohol intoxication, or did not provide the necessary documents for drawing up an agreement. Also, if any of the acquaintances or relatives of the tenant behave incorrectly, insults either the way the health and safety of an employee of the company and other persons jeopardizes in any way. If this happens, you will not have the right to compensate or return the deposit.
Please read the information in the section “What you need to get a car” above and note that the company’s employee will not provide the car if all the requirements are not fulfilled (age, experience, driver’s license, payment condition, documentation, etc. ). If this happens, you will not have the right to compensate or return the funds.
Before leaving, you should check the operability of the car and make sure that all damage is fixed and marked in the lease. Otherwise, you can bear liability for damage that are not reflected in the contract at the time of transfer of the car.
If you take the car in one place and return it to another place convenient for you, we have the right to charge one way to cover the costs of returning the car to its original place. Conditions are discussed individually.
If you do not return the car after the agreed time, the insurance will not act. You will also be charged with a fine, as well as the cost of additional days of rent.
The car is returned no later than 10:00 a.m. on the set date, if you took the car in the morning until 12:00, and no later than 16:00 p.m., if you took the car after 12:00 p.m. If you want to return the car to another time convenient for you, this option is possible, but you need to coordinate the time and pay extra for this service. Since, if you are late, the car may not be available to the next tenants who booked this car, which entails a penalty and you will not have the right to return the funds. If you think that you can be late, it is important to contact us at least 12 hours and agree on the time of returning the car.
The grace period for the return of all vehicles is 30 minutes. If the car returns after this period, the insurance will no longer be valid, and the client will have to pay a penalty for delay and rental cost per day.

When renting a car, you agree to use it responsibly and fulfill these conditions. Pay attention to the points listed below. In case of non -compliance with these conditions, fines will be applied, we unilaterally terminate the lease and return the car, and also lose our deposit.
FORBIDDEN:

• Drive a car under the influence of alcohol, drugs or any other narcotic substance.
• Transport any flammable or dangerous cargo or any toxic, corrosion, radioactive or other harmful substances.
• Transport any substances and items prohibited by the legislation of Bulgaria.
• Smoking in a car
• Transport animals
• Transport simultaneously passengers in an amount more than the vehicle is calculated.
• Install the trunk on the roof or something like that, install the rubber, if this is not provided for by the terms of the contract. It is also forbidden to transport any load, furniture, building materials, etc. on a rented car.
• Toward another car or trailer.
